WAKE UP PEOPLE!!!

Do you know what reality is?  It's not what you think it is.  It's not everyday life of getting up and going to work and dealing with all the distractions of this society.  It's not a mere 100 years of living on this planet.  It's not about how much fun am I having and what can I do next for entertainment.  It's not about how many toys do I have or how extravagant is my home or wow look at my cool ride.  It's not about how do I look or how nice are the clothes I'm wearing or how many pairs of shoes do I really need? 

It's not about what people think of me..........
It's about what does GOD think of me............

Does HE know YOUR name??  Do you have a real relationship with HIM?  If you do not then HE does  not know you!!!  If HE does not know who you are then guess what...your mere 100 years on this earth will be the best you will ever get.  Eternity is a long, long time my friends and your eternity will be in outer darkness. 
What is outer darkness??  I'm sure it is everything GOD is not.  It is away from the presence of GOD and all HIS GOODNESS!  I don't even want to imagine the things of this place.

What's really in my heart?  Do I have a heart after GOD or is my heart really after myself and what I want.  Do I really want what GOD wants or am I focusing on what I need and want.  Where are my thoughts everyday...all day?  Is GOD on my mind thru out the day or is HE just an after thought when its convenient for me.  Do I only go to HIM when I need something or am I thanking HIM all the day long for everything in my life.

 Do I realize that GOD's right arm is the LORD JESUS CHRIST!
JESUS is GOD's power. JESUS is GOD!!!  Everything created....ALL THINGS were created by him and for him including you and I.  If HE stopped for one moment do you realize that all creation would be gone in an instant.  HE is the power that is creation.  It is by HIS choice that ALL THINGS exist.  HE doesn't need you but HE does want you.

HE wants you so much that HE has gone to great lengths to make a way for you to get back to how HIS plan was for all of us in the beginning.  HE didn't have to do this.  HE could have just let it all die in its wickedness.  But GOD so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in HIM should not perish, but have everlasting life. 
This is not a game people, this is reality.  Believe it or not is your choice.  All will happen as GOD says it will happen with or without you.  Freewill....what a beautiful gift.  Your Father in heaven will not force anything upon you.  Your life here and after here is your choice.  HE has made sure that all HIS planned workings are revealed to all HIS children.  It is your choice to take it serious and learn and understand HIS word or not.  It is an eternal choice. 

Sin is the  problem for the world.  As a whole we are so buried and infected in it that we don't even know what is sin and what is not sin anymore.  The covenant GOD gave us so long ago (ten commandments) are to show us the goodness of GOD.  Only GOD is goodness.  If the world were to practice just these ten commandments, imagine what it would look like today.

Sin is not wrong doing, it is wrong being, deliberate and emphatic independence of GOD.  It is a state of your heart and actions you choose to be.  Willful defiance from GOOD which is GOD.

The revelation of the Bible is not that JESUS CHRIST took upon Himself our fleshy sins, but that HE took upon Himself the heredity of sin which no man can touch.  God made His own Son to be sin that He might make the sinner a saint.  All through the Bible it is revealed that our LORD bore the sin of the world by identification, not by sympathy.  He deliberately took upon His own shoulders, and bore in His own Person, the whole massed sin of the human race.

2 Cor 5:21

For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

By so doing He put the whole human race on the basis of Redemption.  JESUS CHRIST rehabilitated the human race, He put it back to where GOD designed it to be.  Anyone can enter into union with GOD based upon what our LORD has done on the Cross.

A man cannot redeem himself.  Redemption is GODS doing,  it is absolutely finished and complete.
It's reference to individual men is a question of their individual action and heart.
There is a difference between redemption (GODS DOING) and the conscious experience of salvation (mans choice in life).

Daniel 9:27

And he shall confirm the covenant with many for one week: and in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease, and for the overspreading of abominations he shall make it desolate, even until the consummation, and that determined shall be poured upon the desolate.

 

There is a wedding invitation to all men, it was sent out 2000 years ago.   That wedding is soon to take place.  Will you be there??  Will you make a point in your life to honor the bridegroom?  Will you have a gift to bring?  Are you a part of the bride?

Isa 61:10

I will greatly rejoice in the LORD, my soul shall be joyful in my God; for he hath clothed me with the garments of salvation, he hath covered me with the robe of righteousness, as a bridegroom decketh himself with ornaments, and as a bride adorneth herself with her jewels.

Isa 62:5

For as a young man marrieth a virgin, so shall thy sons marry thee: and as the bridegroom rejoiceth over the bride, so shall thy God rejoice over thee.

Jer 2:32

Can a maid forget her ornaments, or a bride her attire? yet my people have forgotten me days without number.

 

Jhn 3:29

He that hath the bride is the bridegroom: but the friend of the bridegroom, which standeth and heareth him, rejoiceth greatly because of the bridegroom's voice: this my joy therefore is fulfilled.

 

Jer 33:11

The voice of joy, and the voice of gladness, the voice of the bridegroom, and the voice of the bride, the voice of them that shall say, Praise the LORD of hosts: for the LORD is good; for his mercy endureth for ever: and of them that shall bring the sacrifice of praise into the house of the LORD. For I will cause to return the captivity of the land, as at the first, saith the LORD.

 

Rev 18:23

And the light of a candle shall shine no more at all in thee; and the voice of the bridegroom and of the bride shall be heard no more at all in thee: for thy merchants were the great men of the earth; for by thy sorceries were all nations deceived.

 

Rev 21:2

And I John saw the holy city, new Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.

 

Rev 21:9

And there came unto me one of the seven angels which had the seven vials full of the seven last plagues, and talked with me, saying, Come hither, I will shew thee the bride, the Lamb's wife.

 

Rev 22:17

And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.

 

As you can see the wedding day is an appointed time and it will be as GOD has said.  When JESUS the bridegroom takes HIS bride away,  no more will the world hear or see the Grace and Mercy that is LORD JESUS.  The consummation will be at a place prepared by LORD JESUS

 

Jhn 14:2

In my Father's house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you.

 

Watch and be sober brothers and sisters.  There is so much love and goodness that is GOD.  This is reality.  Lets pull the scales off from our eyes and see it.  On our knees with a pure desire for GOD, HE will answer.  Time is growing very short.  The consummation will occur for both:  a banquet for the righteous, holy bride of JESUS CHRIST, and a world consumed by the wicked and destroyed by the evil.

Who is Grace???

Welcome Brothers and  Sisters...

Today let's talk about Grace.  What is it and how do we attain it??  There are two main words used in the Holy Bible for Grace. One in the Old Testament and one in the New Testament.  Here are the words and their translations:

H2580  chen - means favour, grace, charm, acceptance.  To find favour in the eyes of someone, to be acceptable to them.  If I have found favour in your eyes....  or to give favour to someone you care for.

Gen 30:27

And Laban said unto him, I pray thee, if I have found favour H2580 in thine eyes, tarry: for I have learned by experience that the LORD hath blessed me for thy sake. Gen 39:21 But the LORD was with Joseph, and shewed him mercy, and gave him favour H2580 in the sight of the keeper of the prison. Ruth 2:10 Then she fell on her face, and bowed herself to the ground, and said unto him, Why have I found grace H2580 in thine eyes, that thou shouldest take knowledge of me, seeing I am a stranger? Esther 2;17 And the king loved Esther above all the women, and she obtained grace H2580 and favour in his sight more than all the virgins; so that he set the royal crown upon her head, and made her queen instead of Vashti. Psalms 84:11 For the LORD God is a sun and shield: the LORD will give grace H2580 and glory: no good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly. Zechariah 12:10 And I will pour upon the house of David, and upon the inhabitants of Jerusalem, the spirit of grace H2580 and of supplications: and they shall look upon me whom they have pierced, and they shall mourn for him, as one mourneth for his only son, and shall be in bitterness for him, as one that is in bitterness for his firstborn.   All these examples are from the old testament.  GOD used the same translation thru out the entire old testament for Grace.  Some of the scriptures are His favour and grace to His children and some are of man's favour and grace to his brother.  They all relate to showing mercy and kindness toward one another.  Even in tribulation as Joseph was thrown in prison undeserving mercy and grace are shown to those that walk uprightly.  When our brothers offend us in some way, do we turn the other cheek or do we resort to anger and retaliation?  I think for the most part we all have engaged in the latter.  As we grow older we come to see the affects of that response and see that offending for an offence just fuels that fire.  When we feel offended by our brother and we respond with acceptance and humility,  what do you think will happen to that fire?  Here's a nugget from GOD...   Matthew 5:25 Agree with thine adversary quickly, whiles thou art in the way with him; lest at any time the adversary deliver thee to the judge, and the judge deliver thee to the officer, and thou be cast into prison.   Then we come to the new testament.  Guess what....every single translation for Grace has changed to   G5485 charis - means that which affords joy, pleasure, delight, sweetness, charm, loveliness: grace of speech, good will, loving-kindness, favour.   of the merciful kindness by which God, exerting his holy influence upon souls, turns them to Christ, keeps, strengthens, increases them in Christian faith, knowledge, affection, and kindles them to the exercise of the Christian virtues   the spiritual condition of one governed by the power of divine grace the token or proof of grace, benefit a gift of grace benefit, bounty thanks, (for benefits, services, favours), recompense, reward Grace just went from a verb to a noun!!!   Praise GOD!!!  JESUS THE CHRIST is Grace!!! GOD has come to us has JESUS and gifted us ALL with HIS favour forever.   John 1:14 And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth. John 1:16-17 And of his fulness have all we received, and grace for grace. For the law was given by Moses, but grace and truth came by Jesus Christ. Acts 15:11 But we believe that through the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ we shall be saved, even as they. Acts 20:24 But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God. Romans 5:2 By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God. Romans 5:15 But not as the offence, so also is the free gift. For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many. Romans 5:20-21 Moreover the law entered, that the offence might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound: That as sin hath reigned unto death, even so might grace reign through righteousness unto eternal life by Jesus Christ our Lord. Romans 6:14-15 For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace. What then? shall we sin, because we are not under the law, but under grace? God forbid. 2 Cor 8:9 For ye know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that, though he was rich, yet for your sakes he became poor, that ye through his poverty might be rich. Gal 5:4 Christ is become of no effect unto you, whosoever of you are justified by the law; ye are fallen from grace.   This very precious gift.........please stop and just think about this for a still quiet moment.  We all sin and GOD knows.  This most precious new thing which GOD has done for all of us to provide a way that we might be reconciled to HIM forever.  This GRACE is for an appointed time.  Acceptance and thankfulness is imperative.  The devil does not want you to know or accept this gift.  Your very soul is in the balance and he would that your soul go to outer darkness forever.    Jude 1:4 For there are certain men crept in unawares, who were before of old ordained to this condemnation, ungodly men, turning the grace of our God into lasciviousness, and denying the only Lord God, and our Lord Jesus Christ. Matthew 10:33 But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven. Titus 1:16 They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.   In closing I would like to share a word from Oswald Chambers, My Utmost for His Highest.   "In beatings, imprisonments and riots; in hard work...in all these things manifest a drawing upon the grace of God that will make you a marvel to yourself and to others.  Draw now, not presently.  The one word in the spiritual vocabulary is Now.  Let circumstances bring you where they will, keep drawing on the grace of God in every conceivable condition you may be in.  One of the greatest proofs that you are drawing on the grace of God is that you can be humiliated without manifesting the slightest trace of anything but His grace."   Be Strong and Faithful my Brothers and Sisters.  Stand when you think you can stand no more.  You are never alone.     And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee   With Love in Christ
